Why it matters

Most survey tools stop at the questionnaire

A survey tool gives you a form. You still have to find the right people, check that their answers are real, and turn a spreadsheet into something your team will read. Each of those steps often lives in a different tool, run by a different supplier. CatalyseAI keeps them together. The questionnaire, the audience, the panel, the quality checks and the report sit in one project, so nothing gets lost on the way.

The AI inside

Seven AI helpers. You keep the final say.

Each one does one plain job inside the same project, and each works only from your own study.

Drafts01
brief.docx

Create with AI

Turns a brief or a document (PDF, Word or text) into draft questions in the builder. You check and edit them like any other.

Probes02

“It’s fine, I guess.”

Fine compared with what you drink now?

AI interviewer

Asks up to three follow-up questions on a video or audio answer, based on what the person just said.

Checks03
Relevance0.91
Attention0.88

Recording checks

Checks camera, light, length and words, and scores topic relevance and, on video, attention from 0 to 1. People can re-record; a rejected answer keeps its reason.

Groups04
Refreshing taste62%
Too sweet34%
Price28%

AI themes

Groups open answers and transcripts into themes by meaning, each with a sentiment bar, next to a word cloud of the words people used.

Answers plain-English questions from your study’s own data, with charts, quotes and a check on every number.

Writes06

AI survey consultant

Asks a few short questions about what you want to test, suggests a default for each, and shows the whole study on one plan card before it is built.

Video answers, analyzed

Hear the why, then search it like text

Video and audio questions sit inside a normal CatalyseAI survey. Every answer is checked, transcribed, scored and read for you.

  1. Record

People answer on camera inside a normal survey, between their other questions.

  2. Check

Camera and live-person check, light, length and words. People can re-record.

  3. Transcribe

Every accepted answer is transcribed and searchable, like typed text.

  4. Score

Topic relevance from 0 to 1 and, on video, attention from 0 to 1.

  5. Follow up

The AI interviewer asks 0 to 3 follow-up questions on what was said.

  6. Read

Themes with a sentiment bar, groups built from what people said, and Ask the study.

  7. Download

A CSV with the link, transcript, relevance, length and follow-ups, plus the AI report.

Study methods

Ready-made methods, one at a time

Each method brings its own core questions, worded the same way in every study, and its own report. US audiences first.

Example

Example: choosing a new cold drink

A US coffee chain wants to know which of three new cold drinks to add to its menu. The team builds the survey from templates: a screener on coffee-shop visits, a picture choice question with the three drinks, a five-point purchase-intent question, and an open question asking why. They set 400 completes with quotas on age and gender, preview it on a phone and submit. As answers come in, they compare people under and over 35 as two audience groups, read the word cloud on the open question, and ask the AI analyst which drink regular visitors prefer and why. The deck goes to the menu team, and the Excel workbook goes to their analyst.
