Know where your answers come from
A lot of online sample is passed from one supplier to the next before it reaches a survey. By then it is hard to say how a respondent was found or what they were promised. We run PocketsFull end to end: we bring members into the app, profile them, send them surveys and pay them. If a study needs more people than our own panel can supply, we tell you before fieldwork starts.

Example
Example: finding recent cold brew buyers
A US coffee brand wants 300 adults aged 25 to 54 who bought cold brew in the past month. We check feasibility on PocketsFull and agree age and gender quotas with the brand. When members tap the survey, the app asks the cold brew question first, so most non-buyers never see the survey link. The brand adds one video question: "Tell us about the last time you bought cold brew." Answers are transcribed and grouped into themes in the report. If the feasibility check shows the audience is too small, we say so before we quote.

Questions, answered
How are panel members rewarded?
Members are paid into a wallet in the app for each survey they complete. When a survey screens them out or its quota is already full, they get a small reward for trying, while that setting is on. Drop-outs and people removed by security checks get nothing. Members cash out to options such as gift cards and PayPal.
Can I field to the panel from CatalyseAI?
Yes. CatalyseAI is connected to the PocketsFull panel, so a study you build there can be sent to members from the audience step.
Which audiences can you reach?
It depends on the country and how narrow the audience is. Tell us who you need and how many completes, and we check feasibility before we quote.
Can members answer on video?
Yes. Studies can include video and audio questions. Answers are transcribed and checked for attention, relevance and, on video, lighting. An AI interviewer can ask up to three follow-up questions.
