Help for PocketsFull members
Answers to the questions members ask most: how payments work, why a survey can screen you out, and the reward for trying.
After each survey
What each result means
Here is what each outcome pays, from a finished survey to one that never opened.
- Survey completeReward added
You finished the survey. Its reward goes into your wallet.
- Not a match+$0.01 for trying
The survey was looking for other people this time.
- Over quota+$0.01 for trying
The survey already had enough people like you.
- Removed by a security checkNo reward
A security check ended the survey.
- Left before the endNo reward
The survey was not finished.
- Survey did not openNo reward
Your answers before the survey did not fit, so it never started.
Payments
How do I get paid?
Each survey you complete pays into your wallet in the PocketsFull app. The app shows your balance in your local currency where it has an exchange rate for your country, and in US dollars otherwise.
How do I cash out?
Open the Redeem tab and choose an option, such as a gift card or PayPal. Cashing out opens once you have completed a set number of surveys: until then the Redeem tab shows as locked, with the number of completed surveys it needs. After each cash-out the count starts again. Some options, such as PayPal, have a minimum amount.
Where can I see what I have earned?
Open Redeem, then History. Your balance history lists each credit and each payout.
What happens if a payout fails?
If a payout fails or is rejected, the amount goes back to your wallet.
Being screened out
Why did a survey screen me out?
Each survey looks for particular people, such as recent buyers of a product. If your answers show you are not in the group the survey needs, it ends early. That is a screen-out.
Why does the app ask questions before a survey opens?
When you tap a survey, the app may first ask a few of its qualifying questions. If your answers do not fit, the survey does not open, so you do not spend time on a survey you cannot qualify for. No reward is paid then, because the survey never started.
What does over quota mean?
The survey already has enough people like you. You still get the reward for trying.
The reward for trying
What is the reward for trying?
When a survey screens you out or is already full, you get a small reward for trying. It is $0.01 today, and the result screen shows it in your local currency where the app has a rate. It is paid once for each survey you start, while we offer it.
Which results earn nothing?
Leaving a survey before the end, and being removed by a security check, earn nothing for that survey.

Why should I fill in my profile survey?

Is there a limit on how many surveys I can start?
