Every CatalyseAI study opens on a report with a chart for each question, and it fills in as answers arrive. Filter it, compare groups, pin the view you want, then send a link or download a deck, a workbook or the raw data.
Why it matters
The next question always comes after the deck has gone out. What about women under 35? Is that gap real? What did people actually write? In CatalyseAI the report stays open to new questions. You can cut it again yourself, and when someone needs a file, it is built from the same numbers you see on screen.
How it works
One card per question, each with a chart made for its type: bars for choices, stacked bars for scales, an NPS block, rankings, heatmaps on pictures and word clouds on open answers.
Filter by any answer, compare up to five audience groups side by side with significance markers, or build a crosstab. If your survey has a weighting scheme, the report applies it.
Switch between chart views on a card and pin the one you want. Pinned views are saved with the study and used in the deck and on the share link.
Send a read-only link to people without an account, lock it to your pinned views, or download the formats your team already works in.

Example
The researcher pins a stacked bar for the satisfaction question and a word cloud for “what would you change?”. The marketing lead gets a locked share link. The board pack gets the PowerPoint deck. The data team takes the raw CSV into its own tools. Each club manager gets a one-slide download of the satisfaction card, filtered to their own club.
FAQ
Yes. Most cards have several views. Choose one and pin it; the deck and the share link use the pinned view for that question.
Yes, through a share link. It opens a read-only report. You can lock it so viewers see the chart views you pinned.
Two ways. A word cloud shows the words and phrases people used, sized by how many people used them. AI themes group the answers by meaning, so you can see what people said in a few lines.
Not at the moment. You can download PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, PNG images and the AI report as a web page.
