Need help?

Is Sampleeye the same as the PocketsFull panel?

No. PocketsFull is our panel: the people who take surveys in our app. Sampleeye is the platform that sends surveys to people and records what happened. PocketsFull members receive their surveys through Sampleeye.

Can I field to the panel from CatalyseAI?

Yes. CatalyseAI is connected to the PocketsFull panel, so a study you build there can be sent to members from the audience step.

Where do I sign up or log in to Sampleeye?

Sampleeye has its own site at sampleeye.com. If you would rather we ran the sample for you, talk to our sales team.

I want to take surveys. How do I join?

Get the PocketsFull app on Google Play or sign up at pocketsfull.com.
