Our own panel, recruited and paid by us

PocketsFull is the survey app we built and run, so the people who answer your survey are members we recruited ourselves. They fill in a profile, pass a short check before each survey opens, and are paid for every survey they complete.

A lot of online sample is passed from one supplier to the next before it reaches a survey. By then it is hard to say how a respondent was found or what they were promised. We run PocketsFull end to end: we bring members into the app, profile them, send them surveys and pay them. If a study needs more people than our own panel can supply, we tell you before fieldwork starts.

Sampleeye, the platform behind our sample

Sampleeye is the sampling platform that sits behind our fieldwork. It sends people to surveys, screens them before they arrive, and records how every start ends.

A survey can draw people from more than one place, and each place reports results in its own way. Counts drift apart, and matching them up at the end is slow. Sampleeye keeps a single record for each person who starts a survey, from the first screening question to the final outcome.

What Sampleeye covers

  • Project management
  • DIY sampling
  • Sell & Buy API
  • Outcomes split by side
  • Start limits per person
4

How a project moves through Sampleeye

  1. 1
    Set up the project

The project gets its survey link, its target audience and its quotas.

  2. 2
    Screen before the survey

Basic screening runs in Sampleeye, so people who clearly do not fit are stopped before they load your survey. In the PocketsFull app, members see these questions before a survey opens.

  3. 3
    Send the outcome back

When a respondent leaves your survey, Sampleeye is told how it ended: complete, screened out, over quota, stopped by a check, or dropped out.

  4. 4
    Log and pay

Each outcome is logged against that start. For PocketsFull members, the outcome decides what they are paid.

Outcomes recorded for each start

  • CompleteThe person reached the end of your survey.
  • Screened outTurned away by a screening question, in Sampleeye or in your survey.
  • Over quotaQualified, but the group they belong to was already full.
  • Security terminateStopped by a security or quality check.
  • Drop-outLeft the survey before the end.

Rewarded offers and surveys for apps

Pocketsfull Ai is our rewarded platform for apps and websites. Advertisers promote app installs and in-app actions as rewarded offers, and publishers add a survey wall that rewards their users for surveys and offers.

Counting installs is easy. What most app teams care about is what a new user does next. Rewarded offers let you pay for the action you want, such as a purchase or a level reached, not only for the install.

6

What Pocketsfull Ai offers

  • For advertisers: pay for results

Run campaigns priced per install, per in-app action, or per series of actions with a reward at each step.

  • For publishers: a survey wall

Add surveys and offers to your app or site through a single link, and let users earn gift cards or in-app currency.

  • Android, iOS and web

The wall opens inside Android and iOS apps and on websites.

  • A reporting dashboard

Advertisers see installs, events and cost. Publishers see earnings and user activity.

  • Traffic checks

Invalid traffic is filtered, and payouts for bad traffic can be clawed back.

What advertisers can track

  • Installs
  • In-app events
  • Cost
  • Funnel drop-off

Chapter 04

What we bring to every project

The same rules apply whichever brand your study runs through.

  • A check before the survey opens

Members answer a survey's qualifying questions in the app first, so fewer people who cannot qualify reach your screener.

  • Paid for finishing well

Members are paid for completes, not clicks. Quality fails earn nothing, and an hourly limit on survey starts slows down anyone who rushes.

  • One record per start

Sampleeye records how every start ends, with its own screen-outs kept apart from your survey's.

  • Video without the scheduling

Video and audio questions sit inside the survey. Answers are transcribed, and an AI interviewer can ask up to three follow-up questions.

  • Checks on recorded answers

Attention checks, a relevance check on recordings and a light check on video, with the reason shown when someone has to record again.

  • Feasibility before the quote

Tell us your audience, country and number of completes. We check what the panel can reach, and say so if the audience is too small.
